For this reason, I am indeed specializing myself in online, what is possible to see bellow, where you can find useful the tips and tools for international SEO professionals.
Nevertheless, I believe that sustainable marketing is the S-Marketing to come. This is the marketing that works, even when you are not reworking in everything to make Google happy all the time. These tools enable brand building for companies and products that can add some value in our future and for these clients all you have to do, is to work out content, to communicate, to raise awareness, engage and mobilize.
This is to go the extra mile. This is what differentiate the professionals in this area.

How to deal with Social Media in relation to page-ranking? Working out SM helps you gaining awareness and promoting your content. However, it does not affect your page ranking. Twitter and Facebook do “un-follow” on the codes of the links shared through this platforms.

MOZ – They are reference and pioneers, besides their services, you can find many webinars and workshops that can improve your knowledge in SEA and SEO. Besides that, installing MOZ bar you can have a great overview of on-page ranking factors.
MOZ Keyword Explorer Tool – Can be used to check how competitive keywords are in search, offering a list of top competitors. This service is paid, so as an alternative you can also use Google (make sure you check out the personalized search for that).
KeywordSpy – this tool gives an easy and quick overview of similar keywords, competitors, PPC and organic competitors
German speaking countries:
Sistrix – equivalent from MOZ
Kissmetrics – paid solutions for general SEO analysis, such as link trackers and summarize of Analytic reports
SEMRush – also available in English. It is one of the best ways to make keyword research for free. It is not even necessary to sign in to have an overview of what you are looking for
